Chateau Blanc Apartments on Sea is a small property located in Worthing, Christ Church, Barbados. Set on prime beachfront land on Worthing Beach, Chateau Blanc Apartments occupies approximately 13,986 square feet of property.

It consists of 16-self contained apartments, as follows:

• 11 Studios, large, small and beachfront
• 2 One-bedroom apartments
• 3 Two-bedroom apartments

The building is also tenanted by a practising otolaryngologist, who has operated there for many years.


The main building consists of 11 apartments and The Cottage, which offers the remainder rooms for rent. In addition, there is a communal lounge and a sun deck which spans the front of the property on the beachfront level. Each apartment has air-conditioned bedrooms, with some also having AC in the living rooms. In addition to the AC units, the one-and-two-bedroom apartments also have ceiling fans. A 25-kilowatt photovoltaic system was installed in 2014 which is used to power some of the AC condensers.


Laundry facilities are provided for guests in the form of a washer-dryer combo, and most of the hotel’s laundry is handled commercially. There are two 800-gallon water tanks on the property, and a 12 vehicle parking lot.

The garden at Chateau Blanc, though not extensive, is well maintained, and softens the entrance to the property, enhancing its curb appeal.
