Mullins is located at the heart of St. Peter on the north-western coast and is one of Barbados’ more desirable and affluent residential neighbourhoods. Known primarily for the well-loved Mullins beach it is flanked by the two historic towns of Speightstown and Holetown which means it is close to everyday amenities such as supermarkets, banks, shopping and casual and fine dining. The neighbourhoods of Mullins are characterized by villas, bungalows and townhouses often featuring colonial-style architecture and are set among lush tropical gardens. Some of the well-known developments in the Mullins area include Mullins Bay and Battaleys Mews.
